How CRL is made available
CRL is calculation infrastructure, not a retail product. It reaches the market through the institutions licensed to operate it.
Not sold directly
CRL is not bought by end clients. It is licensed to authorised financial institutions that integrate it into their own regulated offering.
Terms set by the institution
The economic terms, including the premium, are set by the licensing institution. The premium is the cost of accessing the conditional leverage structure. CRL Technologies does not set, quote or receive the premium.
Infrastructure only
CRL Technologies does not open accounts, execute orders, hold client funds or provide investment advice. Compliance, product approval and client suitability remain with the operating institution.
Professional scope
CRL is intended for professional clients, eligible counterparties or equivalent categories, depending on jurisdiction. It is not intended for retail clients.
CRL is licensed, not sold. The institution owns the client relationship, the product terms and the premium.
Ask whether your provider offers CRL
Because CRL is licensed and not sold directly, the way to reach it as a professional client is through an institution that operates it. You can ask your broker or desk whether CRL is available, or on their roadmap. Here is a template you can adapt.
Subject: CRL-enabled leverage - availability Hello, As a professional client I would like to know whether you offer, or plan to offer, CRL (Conditional Retroactive Leverage): a position that stays linear at 1x until a defined confirmation level, with leverage applying from the original entry reference if that level is reached, and no leverage applied if it is not. Could you tell me whether CRL is available through your desk, or route this to your product or risk team? Thank you.
