Our institutional customers remain fully responsible for product governance, client classification, suitability and appropriateness assessments, disclosures, and any regulatory reporting associated with their use of CRL-based structures.

Unless otherwise stated, all content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, layouts and software, is owned by or licensed to CRL and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You may view and, where technically enabled, download or print copies of materials from the Site solely for your internal business purposes in evaluating CRL's technology. You must not:

• remove any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notice;
